Warranty Terms & Conditions

Bolzoni (WUXI) Company Products: Our company's products are classified into two categories: new products and refurbished products. This includes attachments, sideshifters, paper roll clamps, and repair components.

  1. New Products: The warranty period for new product is specifically defined as either 12 months from the date of receipt by the customer or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
  2. Refurbished Products: Refurbished products are covered by a warranty period of 3 months from the date of delivery by Bolzoni (WUXI) Company. Any components found to have defects in materials or manufacturing processes, as confirmed by authorized personnel of Bolzoni (WUXI) Company, will be repaired or replaced.

Purchasers and end-users should adhere to the following:

  1. To ensure the smooth implementation of Bolzoni (WUXI) Company's warranty obligations, customers and end-users must strictly follow the relevant installation instructions, inspection specifications, operation guidelines, and maintenance manuals provided by Bolzoni Auramo during the installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance of their products.
  2. Customers and end-users may only perform repairs on the purchased products with written authorization from Bolzoni (WUXI) Company, but they are not allowed to dismantle or replace any components on the products.
  3. Any modifications made to Bolzoni Auramo products without authorization, the use of non-Bolzoni (WUXI) Company-provided parts, or violation of the installation instructions, inspection specifications, operation guidelines, and maintenance manuals will result in the loss of warranty coverage.

Important Notes:

  1. Bolzoni (WUXI) Company does not provide warranty coverage for the use of its products in operations beyond their rated capacity.
  2. Bolzoni (WUXI) Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect loss or damage) to persons or property that occurs after the purchaser or end-user has acquired or started using our products.
  3. The warrant coverage of Bolzoni (WUXI) Company does not include normal wear and tear, consumption, or regular maintenance work under normal usage.

Beyond the scope of this warranty policy and the terms related to the product as stated in the sales contract with Bolzoni (WUXI) Company, no further warranties are provided.

Important Reminder:
If end-users require further information regarding the warranty, installation, and repair of Bolzoni (WUXI) Company products, they should first consult the forklift manufacturer or dealer from whom they purchased the product. Bolzoni (WUXI) Company reserves the right to modify this policy.
