BOLZONI Group started business in China in 1998, when the Tiger company, one of key players in South East Asia in material handling & logistics, became Bolzoni Auramo’s distributor for China.
In 2004 the huge growth potential of the Chinese market motivated Bolzoni to invest in China, by opening a new subsidiary in the Shanghai area. Bolzoni Auramo (Shanghai) Forklift Truck Attachment Co., Ltd., was both a manufacturing and sales facility supplying the Chinese market with fork lift truck attachments, and providing after sales services and spare parts support. To further strengthen its position in China, Asia and Pacific areas and better serve these markets, BOLZONI decided to set up two further production plants:

• Bolzoni-Huaxin (HEBEI) Forks Manufacturing Co., Ltd. opened in May 2012 - for the production of Bolzoni forks in China
• Bolzoni (WUXI) Forklift Truck Attachment Co., Ltd. opened in May 2013 - for the production of attachments for fork lift trucks and side shifters
